The leadership transition is expected to strengthen the Company’s strategy in accelerating the development of new and renewable energy (NRE) in Indonesia.
Based on the Shareholders’ Resolution Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders (Circular Resolution) signed on July 13, 2026, the new composition of the Board of Directors of PLN Nusantara Renewables has been established, with the appointments effective as of July 13, 2026, as follows:
This leadership transition marks an important momentum for PLN Nusantara Renewables to continue its strategic initiatives in accelerating the development of its clean energy portfolio, improving operational performance, and strengthening the Company’s contribution to supporting Indonesia’s national energy transition.

Jakarta, July 24th 2026 — PT PLN Nusantara Renewables (PLN NR) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Monday (29/06) at the Nusantara InnoVision Hall, PLN Nusantara Power Headquarters, Jakarta. The meeting was chaired by the Board of Directors of PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) as the Majority Shareholder and was also attended by the PT PLN Nusantara Power Employees Welfare Foundation as the Minority Shareholder.The AGMS reviewed the Company's performance throughout the 2025 fiscal year, including the Annual Report, Financial Statements, performance evaluation, and other agenda items in accordance with the applicable regulations.During the meeting, PLN NR presented its business performance for the 2025 fiscal year, highlighting the achievement of several key performance indicators that exceeded the targets set out in the Company's 2025 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).Based on the Company's performance evaluation, PLN NR recorded the following achievements:Operating Revenue reached IDR 1.01209 trillion, equivalent to 110% of the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for 2025 target of IDR 917.52 billion.Net Profit reached IDR 1.07476 trillion, representing 117% of the RKAP target of IDR 920.86 billion.Total Assets amounted to IDR 11.26 trillion.Based on the audit results, the Company's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Score also improved by 1.32 points from the previous year, reaching 104.02.PLN NR's outstanding performance in 2025 was driven by the strong operational performance of several key projects, including: Jawa 7 Coal-Fired Power Plant, which generated 12,030 GWh of electricity.Cirata Floating Solar Power Plant, which produced 273.68 GWh of clean electricity.IKN Solar Power Plant, which generated 79.79 GWh of electricity.MT Sumbagsel-1 Mine-Mouth Power Plant, which produced 1,039 GWh of electricity.Throughout 2025, PLN NR also continued to expand its renewable energy business through various strategic initiatives, including the ongoing construction of the Tembesi Floating Solar Power Plant (35 MWac), Karangkates Floating Solar Power Plant (100 MWac), and Batang Toru Hydroelectric Power Plant (510 MW).With solid business performance and remarkable achievements throughout 2025, the Company remains optimistic about addressing the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in 2026."PLN NR's achievements in 2025 provide a strong foundation for even greater progress in 2026. Serang, Banten, 3 June 2024 – In celebration of Eid al-Adha 1446 Hijri, PT Shenhua Guohua Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (SGPJB), in collaboration with PT PLN Nusantara Renewables (PLN NR), distributed 28 qurban animals to Ring-1 stakeholders of the Jawa 7 Steam Power Plant (PLTU Jawa 7). The symbolic handover of 10 cows and 18 goats to various stakeholders, comprising community members and related institutions, took place in Terate Village, Kramatwatu District, on Tuesday, 3 June 2025. Bambang Supriyatno, Assistant Director of General Affairs at SGPJB, stated that the distribution of qurban animals is part of the Company’s regular Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Environmental and Social Responsibility (TJSL) program and reflects the Company’s care for the communities surrounding PLTU Jawa 7. In addition, PT SGPJB also runs various CSR programs in the fields of education, health, economy, and environment to support community empowerment. “Through cross-sector collaboration, we hope the programs we implement will bring benefits to the communities around the Company and help maintain good relations,” said Bambang. Bandung Barat, December 9, 2024 – With gratitude, PLN Nusantara Renewables (PLN NR) officially inaugurated a drilled water well at Quratul’Ain Al Ash’Ary Islamic Boarding School, Ciroyom Village, Cipeundeuy Sub-District, Bandung Barat. Located within the operating area of Cirata Floating PV Power Plant, this initiative serves as a clear demonstration of PLN NR’s commitment to support the welfare of the community around the company’s operational area, especially in fulfilling the needs of access to clean water in of hard-to-reach area.This project was successfully carried out thanks to cooperation with the Shaf Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) that focuses on the fulfillment of clean water needs in various mosques and Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The drilling commenced on October 20, 2024, and encountered various challenges due to the rocky soil contours which frequently interfere with equipment, resulting in extended working hours. However, thanks to the team’s hard work, aquifer with optimal water discharge was found at a depth of 56 meters and the water well was completed on November 14, 2024. In practice, the supply of clean water is not only utilized by the students and administrators of the boarding school, but also for hundreds of families in the surrounding community.In his opening speech, Harjono as the President Director of PLN NR stated, “Environmental sustainability and community empowerment is an important foundation of PLN NR business process. With this drilled water well, we hope to provide the community with easy access to clean water, while also contributing to improved welfare, health, and productivity. Hopefully this small contribution will be the first step for a bigger and better improvement for the community around Cirata Floating PV Power Plant.The Quratul’Ain al-Ash’Ary Islamic Boarding School, which has been a center for education and social activities in the region, warmly welcomed the initiative. The Principal of boarding school, Sulaeman, expressed his gratitude and appreciation, “This water well not only alleviates the burden on our school, but also serves as a blessing for the surrounding community, who previously had to rely on water from murky rice fields, potentially contaminated with pesticides."
