The forum served as a strategic platform for all PLN NR APPA entities to present their milestones, performance achievements, and operational plans as part of the Company’s efforts to evaluate and align strategies in support of sustainable business growth.
The event was opened by the Board of Directors of PLN Nusantara Renewables, who emphasized the importance of close collaboration and communication between the parent company and all APPA entities. The question-and-answer sessions provided an opportunity to discuss various challenges, deliver strategic guidance, and identify collaboration opportunities that could strengthen synergy in developing PLN Nusantara Renewables’ energy portfolio. Through constructive evaluations and feedback, the forum is expected to generate concrete action plans to accelerate the achievement of the Company’s targets.
Through the forum, the Board of Directors of PLN Nusantara Renewables also provided strategic direction to all APPA entities as a focus for the implementation of their work programs during the Second Half of 2026. The Board emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance between accelerating project completion, strengthening risk mitigation, and maintaining disciplined financial management to ensure that all corporate targets are achieved optimally.

The activity was part of the Company’s efforts to strengthen good corporate governance and enhance employees’ understanding of GRC implementation across the organization.The event, attended by all PLN Nusantara Renewables employees, featured Mr. Ndaru Tri Hatmoko, Corporate Secretary, as the speaker. In his presentation, he explained that GRC represents the integration of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, enabling an organization to achieve its objectives reliably, anticipate various uncertainties, and conduct business activities while upholding the highest standards of integrity.Mr. Ndaru emphasized that the implementation of GRC at PLN Nusantara Renewables aims to improve the Company’s operational effectiveness, support sustainable business growth, and ensure that all business processes are carried out in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and applicable regulations. This commitment is reflected in PLN NR’s successful attainment of ISO 37001:2016 certification for Anti-Bribery Management Systems, which was obtained on September 19, 2025, as recognition of the consistent implementation of its anti-bribery prevention system across the Company.This achievement represents one of PLN NR’s strategic steps in strengthening the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), enhancing stakeholder confidence, and ensuring that all business processes are conducted in accordance with the principles of compliance, ethics, and accountability.Entering 2026, PLN NR has once again demonstrated its commitment to continuously improving its corporate governance standards by preparing for the transition to ISO 37001:2025.
